Genuine question here. Why has everything in Cyrodiil changed from lvl 50 to VR5? Is this a glitch?

As part of the Craglorn patch that was released last week, all of the mobs in Cyrodiil were bumped up to VR5. This was first mentioned about a month ago when the first Craglorn patch notes were released when the update hit the test server. It has been known for a while, just not widely publicized.

Thank you. Rather been out of the loop on that one, and not really paid much attention. I usually read the patch notes too. Many thanks!

now the real reason is because majority of active player are veteran now and can overrun the level 50 mob easy, making it too easy to take keeps and resources with small teams.
