They failed.

When they fix caltrops I will come back out to Cyrodiil and single handedly take it from you. The same way I was wiping the "former emperor" AD groups that guested here before the caltrops was used so widely.

I could even live with caltrops bug if I didn't start having 5 second lag anytime I get near Roe. I was pretty much forced to fight everywhere except Roe since getting close to it meant having to become Yoda to guess abilities, movement and counters ahead of time.
