Why can't I cast?
After the patch I can't cast it seems like a second delay between spells even the Ultimate has a delay before it responds, as a templar biting jabs is our bread and butter now it's not instant. I'll be back if they fix this till then I'm done for now.

✭✭✭✭✭It's a known issue. They increased the spell duration but the animation is out of sync. So the animation finishes, you think you can cast again, but you actually have like a half second wait after the animation finishes before the spell finishes. They have promised to fix it "soon", but who knows if that will be two days from now or two months from now.0
