Why can't I cast?

After the patch I can't cast it seems like a second delay between spells even the Ultimate has a delay before it responds, as a templar biting jabs is our bread and butter now it's not instant. I'll be back if they fix this till then I'm done for now.

what are ya gonna do? as long as sub-intelligent people keep buying crap from spammers, every mmo will suffer the same nerfy fate.

It's a known issue. They increased the spell duration but the animation is out of sync. So the animation finishes, you think you can cast again, but you actually have like a half second wait after the animation finishes before the spell finishes. They have promised to fix it "soon", but who knows if that will be two days from now or two months from now.
