Skill set swap add-on

Are there any add-ons which can add the ability to swap a set of skills by hotkey binding, /slash commands, or graphical buttons? I find Wykkyd's outfitter to be too slow and buggy. I like to swap skills a dozen times through a dungeon to meet the needs of each battle, but that is too time consuming without such an add-on.

zgrssd✭✭✭✭I know it is possible (out of Combat only, API limit) and I have seen one addon that does this, but I cannot find it right now.
On a side note, there are at least 3 addons that allow you to quickly change wich Consumeabels selected (you still have to hit Q to actually consume it, API limitation):

zgrssd✭✭✭✭Man I have been Blind. Wykkyd Outfitter can save skill Slot Selection as well as gear selection. And even load both together.
