This is a small letter from me as a player and a guild leader.
So you did follow the timeline with giving new content, that is ok i gess. As long as you had fixed all you bugs and problems before you come with new stuff and for me as a leader for a small guild this was not a fun update all it gave was a zone that you needed to do with other ppl aka no solo content but dungions and open world grouping stuff in a guild of 40 membes we are now down to 8 regulas, yesterday we lost one of the hightest members in the guild as he was fed up bugs and problems (vet 8 so not a lowbe). What you needed to do is fix the game that you allready had insted what you did is add a lot of new bugs and problems in to a game that has some fundimental bugs atm allready. If a cadwell quest bug out not going to the next zone, if last main bugs out no vet at all. passives not working, abilites beeing cast 2 times with one hit on the key. And then you added memory leak wrong mob hardness, tweaks that you had to take back the next day.
What i trying to say this is not the way to behave against paying clients, and when the game come out you did promote top rate support, am sad to say no you have not given that att all, bank slots and items gone over a week and needing to theathen with money back demanbs before I get contact ( im in Europa sell to me a product and the law from my contry goes over any contract made). This had been now from day one, I do love the setting of the game, system you have made and i do have fun with quest that work, but i do seem less and less of what i payed for vs im getting, one last exsample starting to give out paches with no notes what you have done or fix is dissrespectfull of the trust we as paying clients should get if you fix/change stuff you need to tell us as we are paying for this game and its not f2p, and i have goten better service and stability from other mmos that are f2p.
Pls do get better as i do still love this game and hopefully will play it for a long game as i do still enjoy it still but if this goes the same way as it has now i do not know for how long I still would enjoy it and I will not pay for a game i do not have fun in.
