i started playing at the eu because its recomended by the installer so i insalled the eu server but everytime i play its very lag i didnt give to much attention to it because im so busy playing then my friends said i should play in the na server with them so i installed the na server and and started playing theres not a single lag in the na server to me my game is so smooth so i wanted to stay at the na server but its so hard starting over and theres no posible way to transfer my character to the NA server from the EU server said to me by spport

Fi'yra✭✭✭The thing is buddy, there's always a way for these things, they just won't do it, because if they do it for one person, they'll certainly start getting unhappy customers who are moaning to support why they can't have it done, I know starting over is hard, especially at low levels considering you level so slow early, but at least you get to experience new players along the way, and maybe make a bunch of new friends:)

im a little confused why switching to NA from eu helped, arent both NA/eu server located at same place.. isnt the whole dicussion about eu server not actually being in the eu accurate >?*** Intel Core i9-7940x ***

AraniusSoul ShrivenSince EU-Server sits right next to NA-Server they should behave exactly the same atm ^^ perhaps he experienced less lag because nobody is online on the NA-Server when he plays (middle of the night there?)0

yah.but im lagging in the eu but in the na no lag and another reason is i cant understand some players not talking in english0 -

no actually its in the middle of the day here when NA is flood with players but in the eu when i play at the same time as the na server theres 10/100 players online even when nobody is online in the EU server its lag0
