Enchanting an item works only once per session

I can recreate this every time I hit 16 on a new toon and started making and enchanting my new armor and I found I could enchant the first item, but after that, clicking enchant did nothing. Its like a file gets locked and you cant reopen it for the next enchantment Once this happens I note that you can no longer purchase multiple items or anything that opens a second nested window. This is a very consistent bug. Happens every time.

MortanniaSoul ShrivenAdditional note once this happens, you can no longer destroy and item. The item reports its locked and you can do nothing with it. Also once this has happened the Escape key no longer works.0

JoeSchlock✭✭Seen this, too. It was an addon in my case - at least after I disabled all addons, it went away.
/reloadui fixed it for a while and clued me in to it being an addon issue.0
