Vampire Abilities - Are the passives working?

With all the threads flying around I have a question for anyone who KNOWS/has experience(s).
Are all of the Vampire passive abilities still broken?
Before the Craglorn patch one of the passive abilities that was never broken was Supernatural Recovery. Just recently I was told that now even THAT is broken (when dying or after loading screens).
Can anyone tell me for certain which are still bugged and which, if any, are not?

Insanyti✭✭✭I want to test out the passive abilities myself but I'm actually 'broke' now and don't have enough gold to respec. XD (I need to get leveling further, dangit!)
So I'd like to know, if anyone knows, if putting skill points into these is a waste of time at the moment.0 -
