...although some advance warning would be nice... esp if ur in combat or PvP like I was. This patch should take care of the core problem people had with 1.1.2.

This hotfix as noted in blue box above resets vet difficulty to previous levels.

I can confirm that it finally fixed the npc levels and I can solo quest in a Vr5 zone without dying a ton. (still die, but not nearly as much

)

Hold on there...........I'm happy that the few above were helped with your patch......but in my world (VR7), the trash is still (****) up!

CatK....my stay in Tamriel has not been enjoyable since your 1.1.2 patch.

The vet zone mobs are getting a lot more easy to deal with. Thank you for that as I spend most my time in these zones.

Aaaa well that would explain some things... alas no matter. AT least leveling isn't imposible now hahaha.

I play on the EU server so where extra happy to see how fast you applied the patch.
