Proposal concerning Vet Ranks and PvP

A large part of the playerbase is still struggling to reach VR 10, and they already expanded the content to VR 12. If they keep up with this speed, I see VR 20 coming by the end of the year (seriously!).

Some players may be happy with the situation, but there are many players that
A ) have not that much time on their hands
B ) are mainly interested in PvP, and don't want to be forced into new PvE content and/or upgrading their equipment every 6-8 weeks

The solution? Add PvP campaigns with a VR limit, for example:
lvl 10 - VR1
VR2 - VR5
VR6 - VR10
VR11 - VRxx

This way, ZOS can make both player bases happy... those, that demand constant expansion of PvE content, and those, that want to have a (more or less) balanced PvP experience.

Sidenote: I love this game, but I'm currently only VR2... I will probably need at least further 6 weeks to reach VR10. By this time, I will have to compete against VR12 players (or maybe even higher VR players) in PvP. If it will go on like this, I will probably quit sooner or later, as I just can't keep up with this speed.

All I wanted is to level and equip my character and dive into PvP...

There is nothing saying you have to be top level right now.

Once you get to VR you are pretty much in equal footing with all the other VR players, the difference in attributes is negligible. If they implemented what you say the PvP campaigns of VR6+ would only have a handful of players. What they need to do is make PvP leveling viable and leave it at that.

I don't see this happening... XP rate is much lower, and there are basically no rewards (economically, it would be a very bad decision to level in PvP, even if it would be viable concerning the XP rate).

The problem remains, the gap between "casual PvP players" and "hardcore players" will open up... the casuals will quit sooner or later... ZOS can keep going delivering for the hardcore player base (if they still can afford it).
