Group leader status getting removed/not being assigned

is anyone else having this problem? since 1.1.2 when i move between zones or while forming a group sometimes it will not assign a group leader and then we have to sit there and reform the group (sometimes up to 3-4 times) before it will finally give someone leader status so that the last two members can be invited

wickanb16_ESOSoul ShrivenI've also had this bug since beta. usually reforming the group entirely fixes it. If not, reform with a different leader, until we actually get a fix.1 -
