Ahmat NPC talking about horse races?
I have arrived at stormhaven on the bonesnap ruins wayshrine and found this NPC named Ahmat. He says he is 'Ahmat of the black horse couriers' and that he is preparing a riding challenge.
He has an icon of quest giver but he doesn't offer any quest.
Ah, he is also only wearing underwear. I wonder if his races involve naked horse riders or something...
I wonder if someone knows about this NPC and his role.
