Elder Scrolls Armor Sets

I think it would be great if Zenimax added a rare chance to get armor sets to the game. They could add them to 4 man dungeons which would give players a reason to run them more. Place pieces on random World Bosses throughout Tamriel or something. As it is, nothing really special drops off bosses.
Armor sets could include the
Nightingale Armor
Shrouded Armor
Glass Armor
Ebony Armor
just to name a few.
Just an idea. What do you guys think?

They could be but if they are added as a rare drop instead being able to make an entire set like we can do with motiffs, they would be less common.
The bosses could drop certain pieces not the whole set at once.
Just an idea to make running dungeons and what not more worthwhile and rewarding
