1.1.2 is not a balance patch

Title says it all. This is a bug patch. The first that every mmo does after every release. Their issue is not releasing the bug patch earlier, and tying it in with Craglorn. The class fixes made, are direct fixes to bugs or insane synergies they didn't account for in beta. The balance patch will probably hit in late June early July. My issue is they worried to much on releasing new content, and not making the game stable and balanced first. First mmo I've ever seen do this. Should always be bug patch, balance patch, and then content. Just my two cents.

Look how many class abilities they changed in this patch plus additional content, plus PvP updates, plus lot and lots of stuff. Its not everything they wanted to do but this is a huge step in the right direction. The balancing of an MMO can take well over a year, if not forever. they plan on adding in new skill lines in the future so when those drop exploits will be found and more balancing will be done. Its the nature of the beast.

Agree with the OP the Bug patch should have been released before Cragfail

I agree with @frwinters_ESO. Many of the problems we have been discussing here, are addressed in 1.1.2.

Is it a perfect fix for everything? No! Are there still things that need allot of work? Hell yes! But its a step in the right direction.

Now that Craglorn is off the docket, I'm optimistic that ZOS will be working hard at resolving our other issues.

It is still mainly a bug patch. What I'm kind of worried about is constant content to keep everyone content. Say that 3x fast lol. You know, where they do the exact opposite of everyone else, and just force feed content to the masses. I'm pretty sure 80% of the community would have been content on bug/balance patch that included more issues that people are concerned about. Seriously, what is the % of the player base that can go into craglorn?

With most players nowadays sprinting towards endgame (Which I can't understand) They would be getting hammered if there was no new content. It's a classic "Damned if you do, Damned if you don't" balancing act for developers. Nowadays, because of how many thousands of people have so many different priorities and play the "I'm a paying customer listen to me now" card, they will always get hammered no matter what they do. It's a thankless job really.

Except you're wrong OP. How is reducing the number of targets that inhale hits to 3 a bug-fix? It's not. It's a balance fix.
Please LOL my comments. I'm an aspiring comedian.

I see a ton-load of balance tweaks in this patch, and it is, on paper, the best patch I've seen since the game went live.

Lots of abilities and several classes are indirectly buffed from some of the changes in this patch.
    - The Psijic Order
    - TKO
    - Dominant Dominion
    - The Noore
