An issue with Hirelings

I've noticed that my hirelings don't send mail while I'm logged in to the game. At first I thought it may be a coincidence, but after a week of trials and tests, I've noticed that if I log into the game and recieve my chests at 8am, then at 8pm (I have all 3 points into clothing and woodworking) I will not recieve the mail for as long as I'm logged in around that time (say I log in after work, at 6:30pm, if I don't log out at 8:00pm I will not receive a chest)
I've done tests, and I've played till 11:30 without logging out and never recieved a chest, but the moment I log out and in the chests appear ( I thought it may be mail lag so I waited several hours) Likewise, if I log in at 7:30am, I need to log out and back in around 8am to recieve my next set of chests. This also works for the 24hr chests, as my enchanting chest will not be mailed at 8pm until I log out and back on. Does anyone else have this problem, or am I missing something?

(as an aside, I know the time will be pushed back if I missed my time, [such as the 11:30pm/am chests] but I always "reset" it back to 8am/pm by waiting till that time, as it's more convenient for my schedule)

I'm not sure you understood, I don't mind them not mailing to you while you're not logged on, but I'm having an issue where I don't receive the mail WHEN I'm on, I have to log off and then back on to recieve them, it seems like a bug to me. Unless of course they expect me to continually log off and on throughout my play session to recieve the chests. So while those have in fact been beaten to death, It's not exactly what I'm having a problem with. I appreciate you trying to help, however.

I guess at this point, it would be interesting to find out what happens with your Hireling emails tomorrow night.

So have you bug reported it in game. This area is to talk about crafting so the Mods check in rarely. Pointing out an issue here will get you a lot of people either saying it works or it doesn't. You will sadly b in no better a situation as you are now.
