Bug - Volcanic Rune does no damage in Cyrodiil

I been hit by this spell many times. The ride in the air is kind of fun, but I have never taken any damage. I watch closely at my teammates tonight and didn't see their health bars drop either. This works properly in PVE, but not against enemy players in Cyrodiil.

Can't reproduce, it deals damage on me and when cast by me.

Maybe, but I swear my health bar didn't drop at all. I'd really like to set up a controlled experiment with an enemy player.

It does damage, but 200something damage when people got 2500HP and possible fire resists is not much.

OK, sounds good to me. If this many people are telling me they take damage, then the spell is working properly. Or at least when I use it, I will have confidence that I am actually doing damage to people.

If a mod can close the thread to reduce the clutter, I'd appreciate it.

Most likely because people are abusing the Caltrop bug. Just saw War Legends abuse it to take a keep without problem due to tossing caltrops all the time.

It has been announced that it will be fixed later on, but hey. Why not just disable the skill until it is fixed?
As it is now it is ruining the PvP since almost all skills that are good in PvP is AoE and people can avoid getting hurt by siege engines as well.
