[EU] Chrysamere follow up - Let's discuss the fight on Chrysamere

Hi everyone,

I have been searching for a while now but I don't see any follow-up about Chrysamere EU and I just wanted to start a new one

For your information, there are really good fights around 9pm CEST on Chrysamere as two big alliance fight against each other : Vae Soli (Daggerfall Covenant) and Indivisible Alliance (Ebonheart). Exterminatus (Eu guild) was there too yesterday. ZDs come by sometimes.

You are welcome to participate in the action. If you want to raid come and join the big fights !

On Chrysamere yesterday we had some awesome fights between the Indivisible Alliance & Exterminatus against Vae Soli. What did you guys think about it ? Did you participate in any of the bigs fights around the scrolls ?

Chrysamere is sadly a dying campaign because of the French blue guilds that completely zerged it into oblivion.
It used to be a fairly balanced campaign numbers wise... now DC hits locked capacity every evening with AD staying at 2 bars.

A few of our top players have already left the campaign and gone to Auriel's bow to find action and fun fights.
Crime Syndicate as as a whole went for a guild event there last night and it was absolutely awesome with fights around every corner, small and big.

Such a contrast to the usual "death by 100 smurfs" that has become the norm in Chrysamere no matter where you go.

Anyway unless the numbers balance our very very quickly I fear that AD will lose a lot more of their top players. 2 former emperors in Death's Proxy and Sulfr have already left permanently. Technically I have done the same, although my score remains. I won't have the time to earn those points back so I'm keeping them on the leaderboard while almost exclusively guesting Auriel's bow for my PvP.

If Crime Syndicate ends up leaving because of balacing failure AD will lose every player in rank 1-10 (plus the 2 top 10 players that already left).

Perhaps nothing can be done about it, I only hope the french zerg guilds THINK before they do something like that again and completely ruin a campaign with their numbers.

Well I agree that the issue of many people standing at the same place is obviously quite annoying mainly due to technical reasons.

However, it's quite challenging and I like knowing there are some people organized and willing to fight to death when I come to the campaign.

If emperors are leaving our campaign, we must act against it and make them stay

. Let's show everyone that fighting on chrysamere is something different !

Ebonheart is here and ready and we will fight to death. I don't think there is no hope. It's just the beginning. I am sure Dominion will rise when the time is right. Let's deal with the smurfs - or if I may say, as Sotha Sil-, the invaders of our lands !

I was also thinking about leaving, but instead I founded Decimation Elite. It is at the extreme beginning phases (got a thread up in PvP guile section) tonight I plan on actively recruiting in battle.

We [EP] took another solid beating all day today. We were able to take a few forts at peak hours, but nothing substantial. Yellow wasn't doing much better. It might be in our interest to make a temp alliance with them, but I do not know how that would even work. Tomorrow afternoon I will start doing Zone chats around Nirn to help get more people in the guild, and ultimately interested in Chrysamere. Losing a war is one thing, being annihlated is another. AD and EP need to get some more people in PvP all around, or every campaign is going to have a blue map.

I have guested on this server before. Unfortunately when Invisible is offline... EP gets wipped off the map. Thus the massive loss in points as a result. Good fights? Maybe. Hope to Win? No.

Thoughs with hope cannot do math. AT max you can get around 5K points a day. EP is more then 60K, if not farther, behind. Even if EP owned the map for 12 days straight it would not be enough. And that is assuming that is even possible...

Quick aside, you are actually a skilled emperor Angel. Much respect. In stark contrast with the DC emperor you aren't *** easy to take down.

I often see you at 1 bar, pretty-much the same as us. In order to give DC the boot pressure is needed from both sides (something that I think that lead to everyone's overall success against them on Sunday - I saw you had pushed the west side of the map pretty well).

So will EP. Indivisible can certainly rally good numbers but sadly doing that for an underpopulated campaign is not possible 24/7. Both AD and EP need a massive influx of players.

EP certainly lost a lot of pugs to the rampant DC vamp exploiting - I think a lot of them fled to PvE (or the game).

This is an interesting idea. I would be against teamwork or coordination but a cease-fire (no home keeps) at certain times during the day and/or certain days of the week seems fair. Neither of us can succeed if DC is only getting pressure from one side. Neither of us will attracts pugs to a map which is painted blue and has no scroll buffs.

One thing I really do like about a campaign like this is that when we do push them it's incredibly rewarding.

Fighting a losing battle on this one. EP do well one night and by 2pm the next day it's all blue again. The French seem to pve all the keeps and scrolls everyday with little resistance it's sad really cause it was a great fun and fair campaign til the French started to act this way.

I fight for exterminatus and we have had some decent success when working in co-ordination with the alliance. However, I do play late at night (UK time) many times and the same pattern emerges every day. The blue smurfs have a team of people who retake everything while the majority of the EU players are asleep. They do this just about every night such that when the prime time comes they can lose some ground but still be well on top.

I can't knock them for it. It is a valid tactic but it just means that the whole PvP scoring scene on this server is uncompetitive. I am thinking of setting up some early morning PvP raids myself to combat this tactic and put EP in a stronger position come prime time but getting a group of people to get up at 5am takes a lot of co-ordination.

That's not to say I haven't had fun on the server, just that the same pattern happens every day/night and any gains made in prime time by EP get immediately removed by the morning.

Hello guys, i'm Crazz, speaker for Indivisible Alliance (not invisible

), Sotha_Sil is our EU Ambassador.

As some of you know, the french community choose this campaign because we felt like we need something like this. As we decide to fight against eachother, we also speak with eachother about the fighting.

A meeting is planned to describe the situation ATM on each faction. I'll speak about the blue zerg. I don't think it's the main problem but it's one of them for sure.

I can only invite every guild/alliance to use our EU embassy. Why ? For the fight, the game, the fun !

Indivisible has idea to make it fun, for everyone : Raid, roaming, solo.

if you want to say to ZOS they are doing it all wrong : join us and start the brainstorming about solving our communities issues !

I regret to announce that I have decided to leave Chrysamere. The DC seems to be content with the entire map being blue and very little resistance at all. Most of the day, they sit on the outside of our safty zones, farming anyone that comes out, with huge amount of effort we are able to take a few keeps at peak hours, but after about 3 hours, those are taken away too. I have no problem losing battles, but I am not having fun with being ganged up at a 4-1 ratio (and often a hell of alot more.) Im going to search for a more balanced server.

Seems that it has not got any better so the guilds I'm in are pulling out of Chrysamere also (EP) just cause the blue are still pveing the keeps and scrolls away during the night when everyone is sleeping or in the morning when everyone is at work. Again it's a pity as it was a very fair server before all this started to happen. Pvp is dying and this type of tactic isn't really going to help matters.

At peak hours the odds are against EP but we do fine and I don't mind being an underdog. However, as I noted above, it is totally futile as within hours of people going to bed the entire map is full blue again as their late night / morning shift clean up. It's a tactic that works for them and they obviously have the people able to make them hours a possibility. It is forcing people to quit this server though.

Well as it states, it seems like the EB has sided whit the DC on Chrysamere EU.
The last nights we have witnessed several incidents were DC were killing of AD trying to take resources back from AD territory wile EB was taking AD keeps.

Then when everyone goes to bed DC night caps all EB keeps on AD soil.

Wile I do not understand why EB is attacking a fellow losing faction, my guess is EB dont want to get attacked by DC.

What do you think?

I completely disagree with you about this. EP does not "work" with DC. We are enemies. There is no agreement between us. If we happened to be on dominion side at the same time and did what you said, it was purely a coincidence.

Sometimes we push on dominion too cause if we don't, AD comes to EP side and take our keep freely while we are fighting against DC.

By the way, tonight there is going to be a big PvP event with DC and EP so I hope we can see you guys in the battlefield
