Add some realistic effects to combat

Just for interest, what do people think of some realistic stuff with an abnormal character state in combat, e.g.:
1) Target gets a white screen on stun, that fades out when stun duration ends
2) For a few seconds mixing move keys and skill keys on disorient
3) Randomly scroll and roll camera on knock down

It's not about CC, it's about realism and reverse reaction.. just as shaking remote control on consoles.CC is already strong enough in this game .
