Why cant we report people on the forums?

When bots start sending you messages via Forum messages, you know theres a serious problem.

You've NEVER been able to report people on the forums. If you type out their names, YOU could be the one in trouble because naming/shaming violates the agreement.

Hey there, everyone. Just to clarify, we did make an exception for naming and shaming forum users that send gold spam via private message on our forums only. You can report those users in this megathread. The reason for this was so that we can investigate as quickly as possible. Please note, however, that any reports of in-game gold spam or bots should be reported to our Support Team directly and not on the forums. Thank you for your understanding.

Have you seen the maturity (or lack thereof of some of these players). They would just go around reporting anyone that doesn't agree with them.
