instant crash when connecting Sony Dualsense

On the live server everything works fine.
On the PTS server, as soon as I press the pairing button on the dualsense controller during play, the game crashes.
And when it's already paired, the game crashes on launch.
It's a standard PS5 gamepad, Vendor ID 0x054C Product ID 0x0CE6
With bluetooth disabled and connected to USB, it does seem to work without crashing.
I have submitted the crash reports, please look into this and let me know if I can assist further.

xyphrum✭✭✭Downloaded the latest PTS. Still the same problem.
Again: same laptop, same settings, on live server everything works normally.
But on PTS, as soon as I press the PS button, it crashes.
I have submitted the crash report again.
I have had 0 reactions to this bug report.
I have seen 0 mentions of this bug in the weekly summaries.
I'm happy to help troubleshooting.
All I hope is this will be fixed before the update goes live.
