Been having this issue as well same number and also it just making me log-in twice.

I'm getting this same UI error message on PS5 every time I login. I have to dismiss the error and attempt to login again to get through. It started this past week when the ESO+ free trial was available.

Yeah, unfortunate the mods never redirected traffic to this original thread, despite it being open for several days, and it’s gone without acknowledgment from the CMs.

I’m aware, yes. Jessica’s post was made in a thread that was created 3 days after this one regarding the same error. You added a link to Jessica’s post from that later thread to this original one here because no one from ZOS has acknowledged this thread. Thank you for sharing the link so people following this thread get the update. My remark was that it’s unfortunate that this original thread got ignored by ZOS when they knew both threads existed and let the first one go ignored despite having relevant information about the issue.

The mods have a rule and a policy that multiple threads on the same subject be redirected to one so that ZOS can have the any relevant comments consolidated for their review. But it also helps us as players so we can get all the appropriate information and updates in one place. Otherwise we get some people in one thread and other people in another thread instead of everyone being part of the same conversation. People’s questions about add-ons, Code’s information about what was happening with this specific error code, and Jessica’s acknowledgment all went into the later thread exclusively, so people here would have had to find and follow a duplicate thread to get information pertinent to this one. The mods knew two days ago to combine these threads so everyone would have had one consolidated place for player and CM contributions. I’m simply saying I find it unfortunate they (dis)missed that, so now it’s on players to update other players across multiple threads. Thanks again for passing on Jessica’s acknowledgment to people waiting for a response in this initial thread here.
