Guild Mail keeps coming back

It's a minor annoyance, but this happens daily on every character I log in on:
- The envelop is bright and has a number behind it (normal), so I click on it, get my stuff from the hireling mails, then read my guild mails
- I read my guild mails and delete them, then do my daily crafting
- I switch characters and see the same guild mail, so I have to delete again
- I return to my main char, mail is empty
- The next day it's rinse and repeat, with the difference that yesterday's guild mail is showing up as a new message, same happens tomorrow, and the day after that. Just yet, I had to delete the "new" guild mail I received 5 days ago.

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue and have they found a way to fix it? I've read something about an addon "No Thank You!", but people were commenting that it doesn't work half of the time as it seems to be outdated.

Now that you mention it, I only experience this on PC NA, not on PC EU.

Same. Used to be on both a month ago, but now no problem on PC/EU since about a week or so.
Solved after last maintenance perhaps?

Hmm, I rarely got those on EU, despite being in five guilds, whereas I'm in three very active guilds on NA and get three "new" guild mails every day.

It seems this happened to me on PS NA today. I deleted last week’s guild message about our trader for the week last week and it reappeared today, and my housing guild’s message as well.

I typically only get one per week from each. Perhaps it resends them after some period of time if no new one is sent?

That would be rather annoying... "hey, remember that mail you read and deleted? Here it is again, pretending it's new, so you can read it once more, and again tomorrow!"

I’m going to assume that since they both showed up at the same time (I’m only in two guilds now) that it was something automated and not manually sent out by mistake.

Annoying? Not so much, I can just delete again.

I haven't had this issue on XB-NA (yet!). So it looks like it's some condition that can occur on a specific server?

But that's the whole point, you shouldn't have to delete again. And yes they're always the automated messages

Has it been established that this happens without any addons running?

I have all sort of issues with Guild Mail if certain addons are running. But on my addon-free characters, no issues.

The thing is I have the same add-ons whether I log to the EU server (no issue) or the NA server (each guild mail coming back every time I log in for 7 days in a row).

Fair enough, but I'd still test with no addons running. Running the same on both doesn't completely rule out it being addon-related. It doesn't mean ZOS is off the hook, even if it is addon-related. Just depends on what's actually going on.
