I searched and I can't believe that I didn't see this poll. If I missed it, then I apologize.

So far it looks like the fights need a little tweaking, but they are nowhere near as bad as some players are making them out to be.

They aren't bad at all. I'm glad there's an MMO that actually has quests that can kill you. If you die to a solo boss, go back in and try a different tactic.

I have to say, the difficulty is a breath of fresh air. I am by no means an elite player ( I would rarely raid in wow) but I do enjoy a challenge. Food, Pots, strategies, it's nice to have to take it all into account instead of mashing a button or two. It can be extremely frustrating at times, but once I get it that feeling is so much better than brain dead button mashing my way to victory.

Hitting vr8 primarily running through dolman / solo boss content, I have to say that with the right build, these bosses are quite easy.

A good 75% of these mobs are susceptible to stuns/fears/CC. This makes the content trivial. Just spam your CC and wail on the mob.

The other 25% can sometimes be challenging, which results in a rewarding experience. However...not one class using resto staff + class skills should have trouble 1v1ing a solo dungeon boss.

The changing and tweaking of builds to optimize to your boss encounter is what makes this game rewarding. I know that if a boss is CC immune I have to use an entirely different bar altogether.

The people I see complaining are often the people that refuse to test outside of bow/dual weild for NBs or Destro staff for sorcs.

    Adapt.

I think it could be much more challenging without making them megaman 2 hard. We'll see what Craglorn brings.

Have you tried rerolling to a Sorcerer or Dragonknight?
Templars do more dps than DK's.

They are really easy once you figure out the gimmick. They were all designed around a unique or quirky 'feature'. Or shall we call it 'weakness'.

I'm not even sure how to vote. Because the balance of these bosses are literally, all over the place. Some are stupidly over-powered. Some are loleasy. And then a few seem balanced for every build.

This needs an option to say something like - most bosses are just super but there are a handful out there that might need a little rethink.

    Most appear to be fine.
There is the odd one or two that do not scale well in Vet levels and are either very easy or very hard.

I am sure they will be 'edited' over time
