Because afterwards, Noth will stand between the wayshrine and the crafting area and greet you with a whiny voice line. Every time you port in or out, or run past.

Or in other words - ZOS, please move her somewhere else.
Or make her murderable - I don't hate the character, but this is not a good spot for her to stand around.

    Zos have this line in the PTS patch notes:

    "Noth no longer hangs around in Vvardenfell in perpetuity; she has so many other things to do."

    So should be fixed when the update drops
