I don't PvP so I am going based solely on what I read on the forums here. It is said that Cyrodiil can hold only 120 to 150 per faction. At best that only holds 450 people. Steam charts show at an average of 5k last time I saw someone post them and that is only a portion of the playerbase since it only counts Steam users.
There is no way "Most players do both." or they would need a lot more instances of Cryodiil active all the time. Personally, I was fine with tickets in the midyear mayhem as I could pop into Cyrodiil and grab mine without really doing any PvP but I did miss the IC ticket usually. They should just have changed it to where you could choose to get your tickets from Cyrodiil or IC and not be both and I would have been happy.
Like 95% of the people who play ESO use their default launcher - not steam. Just context thats relevant.

If you don't play PvP, why are you posting in the PvP section of the forum? Why should the community take feedback from someone who doesn't even engage in the game mode?

This thread is in the General ESO Discussion section. Other than that, the user you're replying to just took one sentence out of context and is trying to prove that most players don't do both PvE and PvP. But just because most PvEers don't participate in PvP every day during primetime doesn't mean that they never PvP, or that they hate PvP.
