You know, as annoying as these guys are and as much as I thought they should be deleted from the game...

    I'll take them over Noth.

WHY THE HECK IS SHE STILL HERE?!?
WHY IS SHE STANDING IN VIVEC RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE TO TOWN AND IN DESHAAN GOING TOWARDS THE CENTER?!?!
WHY DOES SHE NEED TO WHINE ABOUT THINGS EVEN THOUGH I GOT THROUGH THAT DUMB QUESTLINE?!?!?

Really, it makes no sense that ZOS was like "we hear you about Stuga and we quieted her and moved her. In her stead, we added more questgivers in more locations with more annoying dialogue to direct you to worse quests. And they don't leave when the quest is done, because we want to remind you of them every time you walk by!"

Like... are they trying to annoy us into uninstalling?

To make things worse, there's TWO Noth's at the Mournhold Wayshrine for me.

This is a systemic problem for this game. They have yelling quest givers everywhere and broken NPCs that don't keep context and/or yell continuously passing by. The recent ones are really the biggest miss of all with Noth and the overlapping phantom voices for the curse givers. The serious lack of care for the content and the game is just reaching a incredible problem. I don't think it's for lack of caring by the people developing this. I feel for them as someone in development and technology. I think this game has been abandoned by the corp community as not worth more than scraps. I don't know how this happened or what is going on now but it's making me quite sad seeing it. I really hope ES:VI is actually something great and I hope it is what the hype is saying but I have to admit I have major doubts.

Anyway, enough of that. I wish they would fix the NPCs yelling all the time.

I don't mind the guys near the freerunners post as I only hear them when I go there. Unlike some NPC's that seemingly chase you around the zone. My most hated is in Telvanni Peninsula and she seems to chase me on the left hand side of the map with her asking me about Ald Istra or something like that. I have avoided doing this zone as just digging up the scrying leads in the zone made me want to throw my speakers out the window.

Without spoilers, that NPC can be remedied with very little effort on your part.

Yeah, I'm sure it can and when I finally decide to go there and not just doing scrying leads, I'll finally be rid of her. She was used as an example of the one's that seemingly chase you and thankfully most of them can be silenced over time.

Lemaril still stalks you across West Weald at every wayshrine as well.

What I don't understand is this: there clearly exists within the game a template for quest givers who don't badger you constantly or stalk you across the zone - there are MANY who will call out to you once, and only once per session, when you are reasonably close and can also see them and their quest markers. So why isn't that the default behaviour for all the new ones added in the last couple of years?
