Testing solutions for the upcoming nerf to werewolf I stumbled across this: The Foresight CP slottable (reduces the cost of healing abilities by 75% for six seconds after drinking a potion) is NOT functioning on werewolf. Please see the accompanying video.

Despite the use of the potion and having the CP slotted, Hircine's Fortitude is still pulling the full magicka cost.
