Note to devs, however, is that it lacks the glowy bits that characterize Rumor stuff. The eagle-eyed will be able to find it in short order however.
Finding the next bit was mostly a bit of legwork, but not difficult. Finding the turn-in point was a bit more problematic, but adding an indicator with the next update will fix that issue.
I think the rumor might have worked a bit better had there had been more than one waylaid courier along the route as the one bit which I found only partially satisfied the notice's stated objectives. If there was a second or third out there, someone hid them very well.
