Hello! As an FYI for everyone, Trade Bars are currently being granted as rewards during Whitestrakes Mayhem. This was not intended, and we will be turning them off as a reward on Monday. In the meantime, enjoy the extra rewards!

The PvE crowd finally got their wish - no reason to engage with the MYM event, as trade bars aren't even given out.

Seriously? The removal was a slap in the face to begin with. But after noticing a failure to enact that removal - the team finds it prudent that these are removed before this event can even run it's course?

Seriously? The removal was a slap in the face to begin with. But after noticing a failure to enact that removal - the team finds it prudent that these are removed before this event can even run it's course?

I mean, the event ends on Wednesday, why even bother turning the trade bars rewards off on Monday?

Before Tomes/Veterancy event tickets were a somewhat scarce resource but now with no 'storage limit' and plentiful sources... why not let people have their fun?

Is just two more days for Z'en's sake...

@ZOS_JessicaFolsom as shalalaA7X mentioned - I didn't get any either, I turned in an IC quest. The 'accidental' Trade Bars, is it still split between an IC quest and a Cyro/BG quest?

Update: Also turned in a Cyro quest and no Trade Bars there either

I did mine this morning (AEST time) no trade bars, no new styles, no new anything in the reward boxes. All three accounts got rewards in both Imperial City and Cyrodiilq,. I will think about what I will do tomorrow, there is no reason I can see to do both any more. Not being interested in PVP the Veterancy thing is unlikely to be that rewarding for me.

So lets get this straight @ZOSJessicaFolsom The impresario is selling some fairly rare style pages for trade bars. The event this is tied to doesn't give you trade bars, the only way to get trade bars at the moment is to not do the event but just do whatever Tome quests are out there, earn enough points to go spend them on tradebars and then go spend them at the Impresario? I'm assuming someone within ZOS approved all of this? I'd like to know what genius level process led to this absolutely stunning piece of rationale.

That's super awesome.
Guess I'll have to try my luck, once more, with the PvP genre.
No high hopes, though..
Still can't figure it out..
Just go in there and die, trying to get somewhere..
Oh well, some people, seem to have figured it out and likes it, and don't die instantly.
Would be nice with some sort of ingame training sandbox, that would explain how not to die,
and maybe how to die the other players..
Alas.. I digress..

Why can't we buy the "Withered Antlers" now in this event?
Seems like an appropriate time to make it available for purchase, for those that didn't get it in the thousands of boxes during the "Zeal of Zenithar" event.

Where are the temporary campaigns?

I have no interest in playing Vengeance and queue times for GH or BR on PCEU were anywhere between 40mins-1hr.

Please add the temporary campaigns.

PVP event gives no tickets/bars despite Event vendor selling items for bars.

No New Campaigns so the overwhelming Queue options are Wait for an hour plus (which half the day had a broken BR in PC NA) or play vengeance (no, this cake isnt even half baked, its still raw and yall know it. Id rather not get sick playing your bizarre idea of a fun game mode.) Option 3 is to just... not play this.

I'd love to understand the mindset behind all of this. Sure feels like an attempt to make vengeance metrics look good by giving no other options.

I will offer a correction: they did add an extra 7 day campaign today. But this really should have been added at event start.

What are the "bolstered rewards" you are talking about? I haven't got anything decent yet from the event coffers. Just the occasional repair kit and some old and worthless style pages. And the notorious terrier bones that I still have hundreds of in the bank. What am I missing?

Where are we getting the trade bars from that are supposed to drop until Monday? Did quest in Cyrodil and didn't get any?

How about you actually listen to the repeated and extremely clear feedback you were given on this topic and leave them on like they they actually should be.

Edit: Also, it's literally two bars per day. TWO. It would be insulting even if it was intended. You all should actually be ashamed.

Mayhem is being switched to being a more frequent semi-event, like the battlegrounds weekends, without new drops or fragments every time. IMO, that's better and more flexible than twice a year.

Not rewarding Trade Bars would then make sense, if there weren't also many nice rewards at the event vendors.

If it dropped fewer Trade Bars, like 50 or 100/day, that would be a compromise and let people earn stuff.

Well it must be in battlegrounds you are getting the 2 trade bars, because it is not Cyrodiil or Imperial City and it is even still an insult, considering the price of those style pages for my alt accounts. We used to get 2 tickets, so 200 trade bars should be the minimum, ZOS is getting more lousy! My main account has plenty of trade bars and nothing to spend them on, my alt accounts want plenty of style pages and cannot afford them all. ZOS would have to offer 2000 trade bars a day if they want me to do battlegrounds.

I'm confused. I thought trade bars replaced event tickets, so that events that used to reward tickets would now reward trade bars. But apparently that's not correct. So what's the point of doing events where one already has everything they want from them? Like me, owner of the beta monkey pet.

The bonus Pelinal rewards are. 50 Tel Var, an alchemy reagent, a Cyrodiil repair kit, and 5 items for enchantments. Personally I can't understand why people aren't flocking to Cyrodiil and Imperial city or going into Battlegrounds in the thousands, with these stupendous rewards. As for Veterancy, already done so I get some slightly fancy reward boxes that have nothing to do with the event.

The rewards never happened so there's nothing to remove, couldn't get that right either.

I’m just glad of the double AP…Thanks to that I’m just two ranks away from Grand Overlord and that gorgeous Elder Scroll achievement furnishing

(once I get that, no more PvP ever lol)
