I think it's based on alliance:
- Auridon favors can have you do something in any Aldmeri Dominion zone, and can drop leads from any AD zone.
- Glenumbra favors can have you do something in any Daggerfall Covenant zone, and can drop leads from any DC zone.
- Stonefalls favors can have you do something in any Ebonheart Pact zone, and can drop leads from any EP zone.
I'm not sure about the gear, since I think sometimes it can be trial or arena gear-- unless I got those from dynamic encounters. I tend to do the favors and dynamic encounters together, so I might be mixing up which gear came from which activity.
Yes definitely, it can be seen easily with all the ancestral leads, auridon gets you the high elf ones, ebonheart gives nord and orc for the third one.

It's too bad the Favors reportedly just stop after completing the 20th one. I don't need to keep getting new correspondence for completing a Favor, but being able to repeat the cycle of 20 Favors so we can continue collecting rewards would've been nice.
There will be more "Givers of Favors" later, in late seasons/updates.SeaGtGruff wrote: »
