Using Bitten Claw Bones past 10

This is a bug along with a warning and a bit of a complaint about customer support all in one.
First, the warning. Do not click on Bitten Claw Bones if you already have the achievement for using ten. I accidentally did this a few days ago. It will eat it rather than say you already have the achievement. I don't think this happens with Shard of Parched Stone, but I'd be careful nonetheless.
On that note, are support tickets no longer coming back with an automated confirmation that it was sent? I sent a ticket in when this happened, and another the next day. No response, and not even a confirmation email. I realize the cutbacks have affected a few things but I'm really wondering why I didn't even get an email saying the ticket was submitted...
