The 10th Favour Quest!!

OK I am slightly confused here, because I still have not got one!
So
Which of the following is the correct

1. Every 10 Favours you get a key, so is that all 3 = 1 or 1 at a time?
2. Every 10th day of doing Favours you get a key, this kind of makes a joke of getting rid of the daily login reward for (FOMO) , because now you have to log in and do the Favours!
3. If every 10 days , is that 30 favours or 10?
4. Has it to be EVERY day, or simply 10.
5. If its every 10 favours, and you do 3 per day, that’s only 4 days rounding it up, and 7 days for the 20!
6. If you do not open the boxes , is that then 1 key for every 10 you open?

Makes no difference, I still have not got any!!

    1. There are 20 Favours per board
    2. They do not cycle, but are in a specific order regardless of whether you miss a day
    3. The Keys drop from the 10th and 20th Favour per board
    4. Favours are not repeatable. Once you've done the 20 per board they are done.
    5. Oh and the Key isn't in the reward box. You get it along with the box.

    Edit: Typo

Thank you for that, makes things clearer!

I have been going over 14 toons, so makes sense now why no key, each on has to do it every day, not simply a single one!

And not wanting to sound silly!

does that mean each favour giver has 20, and therefor you get a key from each of thier 10 & 20, making 6 keys possible in total

    Correct.

As I said they favours are in a specific order, so if you do the 9th Favour and take a 3 day break the next one will still be the same 10th favour it was always going to be.

It's basically a single quest, with 20 parts. You can only advance to the next part by completing the previous one. So no need to do every day, no FOMO, no waiting for quests to cycle.

This is the best way to view it, I think - makes it easy to understand.

I didn’t realize they are not repeatable. I assumed when I get all 20 done on one char I could start over on that character. 😟.

Edited to add: Then they really need to fix the drop rate on the Keys before the Nowhere Vault goes live. Since they started dropping for some people, the only ones I’ve gotten have been from the 10th Favors quests.

No official confirmation on that, but I strongly suspect that this is intentional on ZOS' part. There is little point to having players picking up loads of keys which allow access to something which isn't in-game until Update 51 goes live. I've picked up one from a Trove or Safebox and three from the 10th Freerunner missions. Based on other players' comments, I suspect it was a Trove and I probably snagged it as side-loot while doing a safebox guild Job. I'm working other characters through the Freerunner missions and will pick up those keys in due course, but the only use for them thus far is clearing a seasonal challenge which is going to be there for a while anyway.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.
