Alliance War Scrolls

Not necessarily a bug, but "Vengeance-related issue" should cover it. After spending the Tome Points to buy the scrolls, they cannot be used/consumed in Vengeance. For me, ,this is more of an "OK, fine, I'll go beat on a Cyrodiil delve boss before doing anything else," but it does seem a little silly to label them as "Alliance War" without including the caveat of "all sources except Vengeance" in the tooltip.

Is the issue that they cannot be activated/consumed in Vengeance or that they don’t apply in Vengeance once active? Those are two very different things.

At this point I can only say for certain that they cannot be consumed while in Vengeance. I'd need to log back in, pop a scroll, reenter Vengeance and see if the buff came in with me to answer the other. I'll get back in-game and a bit and check that. Thanks for helping me narrow the issue.

EDIT: yes. If consumed before entering Vengeance, then the buff comes in with me.

Thanks for checking! That does sound inconvenient. I hope they find a way to allow it. In the meantime, it’s good to know it does work once activated.
