I seem to constantly see the vampire one but never the other two; since these are shorter; are they all starting at the same time / same timer?

✭✭✭✭✭Each one starts based on the individual instance’s timer as well, so you can’t even guarantee that one will start in [time last one finished + 30 min] unless you stay in that instance the whole time.2 -

PS/NA is running at least two instances of each zone right now, and probably more, and I imagine PC is running many more, and they're all on their own timers. Even at 8am Central North American time, the encounters are occupied, so I doubt the timers will change soon in any instance, since they run from the ending of the last encounter.
And the instances I've been jumping between seem to always have 2 going at almost the exact same time, while the third is 15 min behind.
The timer is 32 or 33 minutes, btw. I honestly think it's 32:45 LOLShe/They
