Selfora favor can't be done if the local quest has been completed

The Favor for Holgunn One Eye about killing ghosts in Selfora cannot be completed if the Selfora quest was done before hand, as after that quest is done all ghosts are disabled.

Same problem. I then tried killing any ghost in Pact territory and it seems to count towards the quest. I used the ones around Davon's Watch.

Yes I got around by killing ghosts somewhere else, but it's still a bit confusing to be directed to a location only to not be able to do anything there.

Forgotten Crypts public dungeon in western Deshaan was my go-to. Lots of ghosts.

You can kill ghosts in another part of the map. The one marked by the quest is just a suggestion.
