For anyone stuck like I was. I accidently found the chains to free her at her back way far away from her hands or body.

Anyone doing the quest should be mindful of both I guess0 -

✭I also struggled with the chains. Stood behind her, looked straight down at them. After a while I turned my camera towards the cave ceiling and after some fiddling I found the right spot to interact and release her.0
