Why auto defeat on ToT?

Why getting auto defeats like the one just 5 minutes ago when I am standing there click to accept to get in the game and then the screen of Defeat comes on.
Why this bug hasn't been resolved all these years now?
Also when you plan to add ToT in the Categories in the ingame /bug report?

✭Just an FYI when the autodefeat happens the NPCs are gone and nothing is interactable. Not even the door to get out.
Have to close the client and relog.
(also on the forum the edit icon is gone).
