Frequency & Consistency of the Crown Store

The frequency and consistency of returning Crown Store items is appalling.
Crown Crates and the frequency at which they return is one thing. They do return consistently every 2 years for the most part.
But with the ever-growing supply and demand of new Crown Crate series additions, I don't see the current "schedule" to be sustainable any more.
There are well over a dozen Crown Crates that haven't seen the light of day since 2024, as well as 2025. The backlog is growing, and the demand grows, as does frustration.
The strategy of "encouraging" players to make an immediate purchase is common practice, but how many players truly stick around for 3, 4 or more years to wait for their desired item?
I'd like to see Crown Crates make a consistent return twice a month, running alongside the new seasonal series, but that's just my 2 cents.
Houseguest - Limited Time Offers, one of my personal gripes with the Crown Store.
Examples of frequently returning Houseguests are:
Adusa-daro not receiving any love, and having been forgotten about for nearly 4 years now, is disheartening.
And then there are Elsbytte & Muffins who appeared in March 2026 and June 2026, twice in the same year! Just to add some salt to the wound.
Player Housing and Furnishing Bundles share a similar inconsistent return schedule to that of Houseguests.

✭✭✭This is why I always think they should have an extravaganza once a year on Black Friday and list EVERYTHING.
It's outlandish that some cosmetics or just for fun houseguests haven't appeared in 3 or 4 years. Most people don't even keep interest in one game that length of time.
Let people have their fun (and make money) by having ways that we can access things at least annually.4
