Just came back to ESO after some time and... it crossed my mind to stop by and say THANK YOU for actually having forum!

Discord is cool and all that, but community is kept here. I'm glad this is one of rare studios to understand that.

    I've had discord since 2017 I think. Deleted it recently after my data got leaked and it started the ""very smart"" age verification. Never going back to it.
    Glad this forum is a thing. But still... Looking at what is going on in the world with digital ID regulations/age verifications... Guess my online days are on a countdown. Oh well, gaming industry is crashing anyway so, one way or another I'll eventually be out.
    I'll fondly remember this forum <3 thank you, and while it lasts let's make it go in style B)

    Agreed. Discord is too ephemeral and disorganized to be a good store of information and discussion in my opinion. Its ui also stinks. I always was a fan of forums + teamspeak (though ventrilo and mumble were OK) for guilds, and official forums for games.

    Exploits suck. Don't blame just the game, blame the players abusing them!
    -Playing since July 2013, back when we had a killspam channel in Cyrodiil and the lands of Tamriel were roamed by dinosaurs.

    -In-game mains abound with "Nerf" in their name. As I am asked occasionally, I do not play on anything but the PC NA Megaserver at this time.

    I also feel that however bugged this forum is with its missing icons, I love the chance to check ideas, read about stuff and dispute things. And I always love to see official communication regarding to upcoming updates, news or issues.

    However many are feeling that still feedbacks from e.g. PTS threads are not taken into consideration on an acceptable level, check my poll for example.

    Yea, i've been slowly dropping discord myself too.

    Dunno, it's just too overwhelming and full of spoiled brats. Quick help is nice though, and it's the only thing going for it.
