ESO Xbox Add Ons issue

Haven’t had any major issues with add ons until yesterday. When I login all my add ons are gone. I can reinstall them and when I logout and log back in they’re gone again. I’ve cleared save data multiple times and doesn’t help. I reinstalled ESO today and didn’t help. Not sure what else to try. If anyone has had this issue and found a solution please let me know.

Are you using the Xbox PC (Play Anywhere) version?

Did you install the add-ons manually to the add-on folder?

If so, you need to install from inside the game, Main Menu > Options > Add-Ons > Browse Add-ons

I would also check the ESO mods page on your account at Bethesda.net - you can add mods to your library there so that they seamlessly appear in game. If your account library is empty, it may be over-writing your local list.
