I've been creating new characters and wanting to level them up and I enjoy going into battlegrounds cuz it's smoother than gray host. But I have farmed plague doctor for low level and put that on and bewitched sugar skulls and still only have 17K health when I go into battlegrounds even though I have over 35k in open world. I see people beside me with 35k health and some with 17k like me what gives anyone have an answer. Maybe it's my fault and I'm doing something wrong I would like to address it if I am thank you for any help. It's very discouraging to want to level up a character that way I couldn't imagine someone new to the game if it happens to them also

There's a bug right now that under 50 characters keep the standard scaling, leaving them with significantly reduced resources compared to levelled characters: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/689617/under-50s-battleground-bug#latest
It's a known bug and the devs have confirmed a fix in a future build, but we don't have an ETA5 -
FlameDark✭✭✭✭✭I thought there was a bug with the under 50 BGs where your stats can be cut by 60% or more. I think sometime in May it was reported? If someone with more knowledge can confirm, then please do!PC/NA CP 1100 - PvE

Yes it's under 50 when it's happening Thank you very much for the information I thought I was going crazy I hope it's sooner than later or my Templar will be already lol 500 -

✭✭✭✭It used to be that your stats scaled on your gears level (in comparison to yours) and quality.
So if you make a set of Crafted purple quality gear every 2 levels you might notice an improvement.
