The cap for master writs needs to be increased or removed entirely. Why do these continue to be limited but killing WBs while grouped can be farmed?

Just one parcel for daily writs! All this time we thought Zenithar was the divine of work and commerce, but in truth they're the divine of socialising. Why work when you can network instead?

Why is every single event turning into either "kill bosses" or "kill bosses while grouped"? The thing that made this event so wonderful that first year was because it gave something else to do for us people who want something OTHER than combat. Now all the events are just the same stupid boring grind.

Also, why limit the amount of boxes you can get from the writs, but not from all the other sources? That makes no sense. Especially since you call this event Zeal of ZENITHAR, you know, the god with the blacksmithing anvil as his sigil.

You need to either rename this event, or change it back to what it once was. This is just disappointing.

first, the whole point of this option was that you were stealing them from hard working NPCs. so why should who you're grouped with change anything about that?
and second, who even groups up to go stealing? there never was any benefit nor gameplay improvement from doing so.

My opinion: ESO is pushing groups hard.
Requiring players purchase from guilds doesn't make sense

I'm sorry to say it this bluntly but this years Zeal of Zenithar event is a huge disappointment to me.

Only one master writ per category? Cool, I'm a few food ingredients richer now. Just what I waited for all year.
And I saved up my master writ's since January for this event so I have a chance at holding some ready I can actually craft and turn in.

Only one parcel for my crafting dailies. What's Zenithars respected domain again? Ah yes, RNG. The one thing not in my favor because on day 1 my one and only parcel for crafting dailies got me some change and water for my next potion. I can get that stuff by walking out of the gates of wayrest and knocking down the first poor soul that crosses my way. What a reward!

Thieving troves. - I liked the idea of Zenithar respecting thievery as a form of craftsmanship in itself but it being the only mildly lucrative thing during this whole event is ridiculous.

World bosses and incurions - How is that any different from the other events? It's the same exact thing!

The impresarios inventory - Sitting on 4k trade bars earned with twitch drops, the tamriel tome and other only to stare at an event inventory that offers 1 fragment for a mount I'm not interested in and NO fragments of the recall animation I missed even though your original event description stated so. It was quite honestly the ONLY thing I was left looking forward to and that's gone too now.

I'm a veteran. I have no use for common ingredients that very well spawn from each burbsack I loot. I'm sitting on piles of master writ's that do me no favor after gathering them all for this event. The bloody event shop holds nothing to entice me to participate and earn more trade bars and neither does the trade bar section of the shop because...


...every reward in there I already own by being a longtime player. All the reused twitch drops and login rewards you shoved in there are already part of my collection. What am I spending these bars on if the event holds nothing of value and the trade bar shop doesn't change it's inventory to something the majority of players doesn't already own?

Honestly I’m kinda underwhelmed by this event (for the reasons already mentioned by others here so there’s no point in repeating) but at least it gives trade bars and there’s an indrik mount I have my eye on so just getting the daily bars will be my focus rather than going out of my way for parcels.

I had also hoped that the Zenithar furnishing pack would return when the event started since there’s a big space in my crafting hall just waiting for a statue of the man himself but perhaps it’s coming out a bit later in the event….

I’d like to echo those who don’t understand the direction the Zenithar event has taken. When it first came out, I was really excited—finally, an event for crafters! And why not? After all, there are also events for PvP or group activities that I don’t participate in because I enjoy other aspects of the game more - like crafting.

Not every event has to be for everyone. But by now — and this became clear to me just yesterday while listening to the dialogues again — the event’s theme no longer fits the reward system or the activities at all. The very activity that has the most to do with Zenithar is now the least rewarding! One lousy purple box per day—that’s absolutely ridiculous.
On the other hand, you can get multiple boxes for WBs or Incursions, of course, only when you are in a guild and a group (why...?).
Please, for next year: bring the Zenithar event back to what it originally was—an event for crafters that rewards crafting.

I'm not usually critical of the changes but this really feels like anyone who solos or crafts got a lot taken away and everything was given to the people who group a lot. I don't get to group much during the week due to my work/sleep schedule so I tend to craft more. I had really been looking forward to this event and when I heard it was kicking off I was excited. Now, I'm spending what little time I have running every single alt I have through the same quest just so I can get a purple box that I used to get doing my normal craft writs. It's a complete waste of my time. This is all because a handful of people complained they got too much stuff? There has to be a better answer than taking everything away from crafters and giving it to people who have time to group. Grinding is why I quit playing the last several games I played and so far, ZOS, you're heading down the same path this year and I'm truly not liking it. I log in to relax and enjoy my time, not beat my head against a way doing the same content over and over and over again until I have nightmares.
