Unable to purchase final fragment from imperessio

Unable to collect the final fragment from the IMperessio. It keeps saying you don't meat the requirements but I have all the collectibles and they got rid of the need for pets. Even if I didn't have the pet fragments I can't purchase that either

Yup I did and for the final fragment it keeps saying I dont meet the requirements. ANd funnily enough now I dont even see the final fragment in her shop

The problem is for final fragment for the mount? If so, it is not available in shop on this event - it can only drop from golden box. You can buy previous two now and the last (if you'll don't get it) on next event.

Which final fragment do you need, exactly?

The Red Rose Petals you showed in the OP and the Withered Antlers you showed here are from two different collectibles. You may well already have the collectible that the Red Rose Petals are part of (Roseblood Bat).

The Withered Antlers drop “early” during this event, but they will hit the Impresario next event for those who missed them as a drop.

ETA: Your original screenshot shows the Antlers were not there then either.

Same on Xbox NA. Won’t let me purchase fragments, says I have the collectible in the purchase menu. Thorn’s Bite Withersteed. But I have not collected it in Collectable menu

Which of the two fragments for the Withersteed are you trying to purchase from the Impresario? The Blooming Saddle or the Gilded Stirrups?

Do you have either of them already in Collections > Fragments? They were available from previous events earlier this year.

Update for Jun. 24, 2026: A previous version of this article listed the Roseblood Wings Recall fragments as part of the Impresario's stock for his event, which has now been corrected. We apologize for any confusion caused.

The Recall is a different collectible again from the Bat pet (fragment shown in OP’s first screenshot) and the Withersteed (fragments shown in OP’s second screenshot). The lack of Recall parts won’t affect the availability of the fragments of either of the other two collectibles.

Since OP also mentioned having to get the final fragment from this event, it seems they do need the Antlers, which are not on the Impresario yet by design. This was a major change for this year, that event parts drop from one event before becoming available on the Impresario during the next event. (It does save on trade bars, though, if one can get the drop.)

The Recall parts were also not actually there in game this event, as OP’s first screenshot shows. The event announcement just mistakenly said they would be. It’s a textual error with the announcement repeated from back in April, not a problem with parts appearing or disappearing from the game itself.
