I'm making this post to see if this is a historical issue because I've had good and bad experiences with our support for ZoS and I have my most recent concerns. Someone threatened to SA me and I reported them. This was followed up after a week and they took action, which was great. However, I suspect the person who threatened me reported me as well because that SAME DAY. SAME MINUTE I got a 72hr ban for mentioning a friend's name in the conversation prior to when I was threatened. This got me a 72hr ban.
My ban was lifted today, several hours ago, but the strike on my account remains even though I responded with proof of the conversation that directly shows context of the conversation that proves that I did not break ToS. Has anyone else ever had their appeals not looked at in a timely manner? I've had situations where I had a ban/warning appealed quickly but this is the first time that something serious had taken this long to be addressed. Is this common? What can we do to avoid things like this taking so long in the future?
