Dragonknight skill tree suddenly increased a lot

A while back I created a new Dragonknight character and did the tutorial quest and started Bleakrock isle. I then got sidetracked by something else and left her on Bleakrock at LVL 4 while I did other things with other characters. I just logged in as her today and there was a popup message saying that she could purchase an Ultimate ability. When I looked at her skills, her Earthen Heart skill was LVL42 but her other dragonknight skills were still low.
