It is being discussed across several threads how the new Warrior Wave Locs hairstyle is disappointing and seems unfinished (see: https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/689943/bugged-items-in-the-new-crate and https://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/689953/skin-texture-issue-with-the-new-locs-hairstyle). I find it concerning how these new Warrior Wave crates, themed after Redguards, do a disservice to black hairstyles and I don't know how this passed quality control. The hairstyle mesh doesn't fit with half the players' foreheads, the locs defy physics by sticking straight out, on Khajiit the base of each loc is missing so they grow illogically, and on Argonians the hairstyle is EXACTLY the same as the High Hrothgar Braid from the recent Alduin vs Akatosh crates (I mean it is seemingly a 1 for 1 match with the model and color... if you play Argonian, you are being sold the same hairstyle twice). The base game loc hairstyles are all way better than this.

If anyone from ZOS happens to see this, I can say that the number of bugged items in these crates, but ESPECIALLY the Warrior Wave Locs hairstyle, is going to prevent me from purchasing them. I had actually planned to purchase the 8k bundle because I love the polymorph and a lot of other items, but I don't want half the items I receive to be bugged and cannot abide the horrible attempt at locs. What is most disappointing to me is how the PERFECT hairstyle for Redguard themed crates ALREADY EXISTS in game unreleased and we have been wanting it for years. I am talking about the bantu knots hairstyle (called Warrior Topknots in game, seen here https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Online:Warrior_Topknots and pictured below). This hairstyle was even used in promotional art recently. The effort that went towards the Warrior Wave Locs hairstyle was wasted because it clearly needs more time to cook. You could have instead given us this great, already made hairstyle - less effort and better outcome. Idk if any fix will be implemented, but I hope the Warrior Wave Locs are improved, and even more so I hope we can finally be given the Warrior Topknots, maybe in the Gold Coast Bazaar, or maybe they can take the place of the Warrior Wave Locs in these crates so the locs can go back into development and be released via a different avenue once finished.
