Wrath of the Imperium questions on proc

Soul Shriven
Wrath of the Imperium

(2 items) Adds 129 Weapon and Spell Damage
(3 items) Adds 325 Weapon and Spell Damage to your ranged direct damage abilities.

So my question is,

What skills could count to proc this?

Would archanist beam for example proc it ?
It is considered a direct damage ability and it is ranged.

Would one of the hits from lightning heavy attack also proc this? As it is a ranged and would be considered ( direct damage) during one of the ticks?

Do you mean which skills benefit from the keystone bonus?

The set is technically a proc set by ZOS’s definition (at least the one they used for proc testing in Cyrodiil), but it doesn’t proc anything in the more usual sense of the word. It just gives a damage buff to qualifying skills at all times.

Reports from Reddit suggest it doesn’t buff everything you’d think, so individual testing may be required. (That’s probably a good idea regardless, with set-skill interactions of these types being so prone to bugs in general.)

If the skill has the Direct tag here under the “Skill Coefficient” dropdown and doesn’t say Melee, it should qualify. For example, Runeblades doesn’t say Melee while Fatecarver does (despite being 22m long), so I wouldn’t think Fatecarver would work despite its range.
