Mirror of Truth won't toggle off

I bought a Mirror of Truth for my Night's Den house and placed it. I wanted to toggle off the glow but it won't give me the option. So I went to another house where I had one placed that I had toggled off and it looked fine, but it didn't have a toggle turn it back on. So I removed it and placed it again and now it's glowing and won't turn off.

Please look into this. Thank you.

i do not remember it ever having a toggle. it does not have the "interactable" tag, only "light".
it just randomly glows.

I remember toggling off the glow on the first one I placed, but that was a long time ago. Maybe I'm mistaken but I don't remember that one ever glowing. I wouldn't mind the glow but it's too bright.

Ok I just logged on today and went to the Night's Den and the mirror isn't glowing. Does this just go on and off by itself because I never saw it do that before?

yes it randomly glows

I guess I never paid that much attention before because I never found it when it was glowing.
