Just out of curiosity, and rather than add a ton of poll options list what your main playstyles are for each. My main focus was PvP. I only PvE'd during events or expansions or when I wanted a gear upgrade.

I like to PvP and PvE equally.
I enjoy Cyro and BGs daily for PvP, and I enjoy solo PvE like questing, archive, or world boss bashing.

I despise group PvE, especially PUGs in RNDs, as I find that a certain mid-tier PvE community incomprehensibly toxic and obnoxious. It was a running joke in my old guild about how bad my luck with PUGs was. I'll do a dungeon once each for a skill point, then never set foot in them again.

I pve to pvp. Occasionally I enjoy PvE events, and I do quests etc but after thats done the only real motivation I have to do any PvE is to get gear for PvP.

Without that I'd see the rest of the game much less unless it was something just very new and fun. PvP was is and always will be my motivation to keep playing eso, specifically Greyhost and BGs. Any end game faction locked campaign I will give a chance, even would've tried no proc but zos chickened out and allowed a few procs anyway.

PvE just cannot be as dynamic as PvP by the nature of it and PvP at its most toxic is nowhere near as toxic as the general pugging population in PvE.

I’m a dungeon main first and foremost. I do trials but I’m rusty because I had quit trials for some time. I stall on finishing overland quests. For PvP, it’s usually spurts of doing bgs every day for a week maybe. Enjoying Vengeance as well but I’ll never consistently play it. I like IC but I don’t like killing PvErs so I don’t go there really. Would’ve loved to join a PvP guild, especially because my build is Questionable, but I just don’t have the time and energy to be in PvP and PvE simultaneously.

I'll pop into Cyrodiil occasionally and I've been a reasonably steady attendee during Whitestrake's events, but I'm almost exclusively a PvE player.
I'm fresh out of outrage, but I could muster up some amused annoyance if required.

I do mostly PvE. I do PvP to improve my skills because you get feedback on your rotation much faster than in PvE.

Most of my characters are built for PVE. (5 out of 6). Taking them into PVP is horrible but I don't enjoy it enough to spend on new builds for it.

Even my tank though doesn't feel strong as before with all these DPS increases. He's great versus normies but the Sorcs and DKs who do 2 to 3 million damage in a BG still shred no matter how much armor, crit resist, and shields/heals I stack.

This is how ZOS shot themselves in the foot so badly with vengeance.

I like to or rather have tried to pvp and pve equally.

It used to be all I ever did was live in Cyrodiil during the first half of the game's life. After the game gone through some fundamental changes during 2019/2020 I lost interest in the state of pvp balance and performance. And every year since then it drives me further and further away from an activity, I was once overly enthusiastic about. The class refreshes and class masteries are a massive positive change in direction, however atm the pvp ecosystem is a mess. Difficult for me to enjoy the combat when it's turning into an fps shooter or ballgroup speed-parade. It's gotten to the point where I only play Cyrodiil in large bursts over the course of a month whenever whitestrake comes around before I lose interest/frustration and go back to just pve until the next whitestrake event.

I enjoy both trials and Cyrodiil, but PvP lets me go solo and it’s easier to jump into anytime. A lot of my time in PvE is just doing daily crafting writs, surveys, and master writs to have gold and mats to participate in those activities and to do some housing.

Since joining a PVP focused guild and having people to team with, I do so more often but casually. The balance is pretty meh, so I don't take it too seriously and only for fun and not competitively as I did back in the 90s. It is fun to just get in discord and socialize with guildmates while farming AP some nights and not really taking it too seriously, sad that I hear of too many people getting banned in PVP for silly reasons. Getting older and just don't have the interest in chasing someone around a tree or rock for 15 mins. I do enjoy the siege and castle defense aspects of Cyrodiil, I also enjoyed the guild vs guild PVP in Age of Conan before it lost population.

As for PVE I used to be pretty focused on trials, but with the repetitive nerfs and destruction of builds that I enjoy/ed I have leaned away from them. There isn't much point in working to get better when you just keep getting nerfed back. My main enjoyment is four man dungeons and community events with guildmates. Sometimes just chilling out and farming treasure chests feels enjoyable, other nights slaying dragons when there are enough people out and about.

I play all aspects of the game except for Tales of Tribute. Now that Vengeance is here my Guilds will play PvP again. I am about the last person left in my Guilds who will do Battlegrounds, GH and IC left. Id say I PvP less than I used to because so many people quit over Subclassing and the out of control damage and combat speed in GH and BG.

Im not sure there is an exact percent because I have GM duties and other things that dont always allow a set schedule. A lot of the content we do is based on who is around, time of day and other things like that. For the most part, outside of Guild duties, I try to do everything evenly. As well as get my Guildies on that same track. Well rounded is best, full sticker books, more achievements, all types of craft bags materials, variety in furniture plans ect. Over time we all slowly reached or are reaching completion in nearly every category.

I just fire siege in PvP 95% of the time I play the game. But I've been told that I'm not a real PvPer. Even though I've won multiple 1v1s with siege. I do play PvE rarely, so I guess that means I am actually a PvEr.

PvP is limited to me being killed without resisting while engaging in token PvE in Cyrodiil during Whitestrike's Mayhem. (Which I have no issue with, except when I encounter the sad kind of PvP player who keeps repeatedly killing the same person who is clearly just trying to hand in a quest.)

Maybe it would make sense to do more PvE w/ my Arcanist, but nevertheless I like PvP and my dream is that sometime we will reach a somewhat more balanced state. My class rework is scheduled last, by EO 2027, so.. guess I'll have to wait quite some time XD
