Guild Housing - Still a thing?

This has been mentioned since January Reveal and have seen it mentioned here and there. I was under the impression that it would be released with UD50 and new Guild tools, but we got new mail system, but nothing on Guild Housing, and I have not been able to find any real info about it. This is one my biggest "wants" since housing came out, so more info and when? Please? Pretty please with Skooma on top? @ZOS_Kevin

perhaps it will be mentioned in the 18 June livestream as it discusses Player Experience Improvements for update 51.

It sounds like it would involve some combination of design decisions and new tech, so it may take a while. Even simple questions like, does it own to the guild instead of person, and how would that work? And if it's not like that, then what is it that makes it a guild house?

Very true. But it has been asked for for years, and they have mentioned it is coming more than once. They had said it would be with guild tools update in UD50 with the new guild mail system, but it's not. It's cool if it will be a minute, but just would like to know as I have been planning a re-do of our guild hall, and this was exciting news. Like Luna said, maybe they will say something on the 18th.
